Cabernet Malbec
Wine
Tim Adams Cabernet Malbec is a blend of around two thirds Cabernet Sauvignon and one third Malbec sourced from vineyards across the Clare Valley.
The Cabernet and Malbec components are fermented separately. The grape skins are then pressed, with all pressings returned to the wine to enhance the texture. Each variety matures for 24 months in French oak prior to blending, fining and bottling.
Deep garnet, Tim Adams Cabernet Malbec is full bodied with juicy dark fruit flavours and generous chalky tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
